Recruitment experience requiredSourcing experience on multiple job boards and social media sites requiredCold Calling experience requiredTwo years of healthcare recruitment experience preferred

Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in the implementation of recruitment and retention under the direction of the Director of Nurse Recruitment.Collaborates with the clinical directors and patient care directors to define current staffing recruitment needs for patient care for specific patient populations throughout the Division.Assure contact with applicants in a timely manner and keeps them informed of hire process.Schedules employment interviews with hiring manager.Recruits, screens, interviews and refers qualified applicants to the appropriate managers.Organizes and participates in career days, job fairs, recruitment drives and open house programs as required.Coordinates with school of nursing to enhance the educational experience of student nurses in the hospital, and improve hire rate of new grads.
