An award-winning teaching hospital located in upstate New York is currently searching for an experienced Diagnostic Radiology Technologist to join their accredited healthcare team.

This state-of-the-art acute care hospital is home to nearly 200 licensed beds and is known to provide comprehensive care to over 600,000 patients annually. The Diagnostic Radiology Technologist will work within an acute care hospital that provides advanced treatment such as open-heart surgery, specialized cancer treatments, trauma care, vascular care, neurosurgery, as well as orthopedic and spinal care. The Diagnostic Radiology Technologist will work within an imaging service line that offers truly personalized care to patients of all ages. Utilizing the most up-to-date diagnostic procedures and digital imaging systems, this service line is able to produce the most accurate diagnosis with no delay in treatment. The Diagnostic Radiology Technologist will work amongst an advanced team of registered radiologic technologists who are certified in specialty areas such as CT, mammography, MRI, nuclear medicine, and ultrasound. Subspecialties are also offered through the team of board-certified radiologists including neuroradiology, nuclear medicine, interventional radiology, body imaging, and musculoskeletal radiology.

The Diagnostic Radiology Technologist will be responsible to provide accurate and timely service to patients while taking high-quality radiographs. The Diagnostic Radiology Technologist must be able to analyze patient data and be able to interpret the information needed to best adjust patient care plans. This position requires ARRT Radiography registration, New York State certification to practice as a Radiology Tech, and prior clinical radiology experience is required.
