Registered Nurse Manager (RN)

Oak Park Place, a premier provider of skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care in Wisconsin is growing and we have openings in our beautiful Madison Grandview facility. We are currently searching for a RN Nurse Manager to assist with the growth of this beautiful facility.

The RN Nurse Manager manages the nursing department with the goal of providing a safe, homelike environment where our residents can achieve and maintain their fullest level of wellness and function. Utilizes sound clinical practices to maintain excellent quality care. Manages the clinical team and oversees resident health and wellness through regular resident monitoring and communication. Implements nursing policy and procedure and ensures smooth operation of the clinical department. Other relevant duties as may be required or assigned.

Responsibilities:

Defines and maintains the standards of nursing practice within the facility
Ensuring continued adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations
Management and oversight of all nursing staff
Providing planning, organization, education, supervision, and evaluation of all services provided in the facility
Verifying that all department staff is properly trained to perform their required duties
Ensuring that operation of the Nursing Department remains consistently within budget
Experience with the applicable state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare and Medicaid
