Our client has multiple immediate openings for Adult and Pediatric skilled home health Registered Nurses to help support their growing San Antonio, TX location. This is a DH opportunity with a $5000 sign on bonus!

Adult and Pediatric Registered Nurse Role:
ADULT:
Performing short-term, intermittent skilled nursing visits for adult patients in their homes
Perform patient assessments and reassessments
Receive, document, and implement physician orders
Coordination of Care
Administer prescribed medication and treatments
Perform activities of daily living
Teach patient, family and caregivers as needed
Electronically document clinical notes
PEDIATRIC:
Enteral Feed Management (G-Tube, Peg Tube, GJ-Tube)
IV Therapy (IV Infusion and PICC Line experience required)
Health/Weight checks
Wound Care
Patient/Caregiver Education

Adult and Pediatric Registered Nurse Background Profile:
Current Nursing licensure
Valid TX driver's license and auto insurance
Valid CPR certification
Minimum of one year experience in a hospital or equivalent setting
Pediatric experience is required
Home Health experience preferred but not required - will train
