Seeking Bread & Butter General Surgeon to Join Established Group in the Pacific Northwest


Cascade Surgical Partners, part of the Yakima Valley Memorial system, is seeking a true
• bread & butter
• general surgeon to join their practice. Cascade Surgical Partners is an established group of five general surgeons. Here you will enjoy a collegial team, dedicated staff, light call schedule covering just one hospital, and a newly remodeled clinic that
• s conveniently located above the day surgery center and across the street from the hospital
• s OR. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package including malpractice with tail coverage, CME, Medical/Dental/Vision, LTD, Life/AD&D and more. Insurance benefit eligibility starts on the first day of employment.
  • Competitive salary with 2-year guarantee; patient volumes sufficient to meet financial goals;
  • Trauma/ER call at 1:6 when current opening is filled (five, 24-hour call days per month);
  • Average calls per night averages 3-5 with 5-10 patients to round on;
  • No bariatrics coverage in Yakima; bariatrics programs in Spokane and Seattle

Requirements:
  • Completion of an ACGME or AOA Accredited General Surgery Residency
  • BC/BE in General Surgery
  • Washington State Medical License; DEA registered in WA State/Valid NPI
  • American Heart Association ACLS or ATLS
  • Desire to be a true General Surgeon
