A Magnet Designated hospital in the Rocky Mountains just announced an exciting opportunity for a Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager!
Located in the Greater Denver Area, this highly sought-after short-term acute care hospital possesses an array of prestigious awards that reflect an advanced level of patient care. This 300+ patient bed, Level II Trauma Center is home to a progressive, state-of-the-art Cath Lab as seen with their American College of Cardiology Chest Pain Center Accreditation. The Cath Lab Nurse Manager will have oversight of 20 full time healthcare professionals including registered nurses, cardiovascular technicians, and radiology technicians. The Cath Lab Manager will be supported by upper management consisting of an Assistant Director of Cardiac and the Head Director. The Nurse Manager of the Cath Lab will be joining an amazing team that is known for their high-energy and hardworking culture. This Cath Lab department experiences a high patient volume; therefore, a Cath Lab Nurse Manager with innovative and quick thinking skills will be a huge plus!
This opportunity would allow for the Catheterization Lab Nurse Manager to gain eye-opening, first-hand experience in a busy Cath Lab that is complete with four Labs, three Interventional Radiology Suites, and one Hybrid OR. The high patient volume may even require the Cath Lab Nurse Manager to jump-in and get their hands dirty! In this role, the Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager will become integral to the department's daily operations in order to ensure a superior continuum of care is provided. A phenomenal Cath Lab Nurse Manager will promote a collaborative environment that emphasizes staff relationships and accountability.
