A highly respected health organization in the beautiful southern Oregon area is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent Acute Care Medical Unit. This position is similar to a medical-surgical acuity level. Responsibilities:

• Provide RN care in Acute Care Medical Unit
• Support ethical and care to endorse the values, rights, dignity and beliefs of everyone who our organization helps
• Must enjoy a fast-paced environment with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
• Collaborative team player with superior communication skills.
• Optimize outcomes by implementing, diagnosing, assessing and evaluating patient care
• Coordinate and lead groups, coordinate care, delegate, and work well with others as equal members of team

Requirements:

• BSN or the ability to obtain within 3 years of hire. RN's with 20+ years' of experience exempt.
• The ideal Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) holds at least 1+ years of acute care experience experience in hospital setting, medical-surgical experience at minimum for acuity level
• ACLS & BLS.
• Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure required prior to starting
