Physician - Neurologist

Responsibilities

Wellstar Medical Group is seeking a board certified/board eligible neurologist with a fellowship in Movement Disorders or Memory Care/Dementia. With the largest Joint Commission Stroke Certified hospital network in the southeast, Wellstar is a leader in providing efficient, quality, personalized care to every patient, every time. Wellstar is a clinician lead, not-for-profit integrated health system. The incoming physician will join an established practice that focuses on providing high quality, compassionate care and be part of a collaborative service line of 100 physicians and advance practice providers in Neurosciences.

This is a traditional outpatient opportunity with a growing practice.

Wellstar Cobb Hospital is a 382 bed Level III trauma center located approximately 30 minutes northwest of downtown Atlanta.



Job Requirements:


Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree or equivalent

Clinical residency in Neurology

Must possess or be able to obtain a valid State of Georgia Medical License

DEA License

Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
