Home Health Nurse - (HH RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1935.00 - 2134.00

We are looking for a strong Palliative Care RN to join our team. Our ideal candidate is compassionate and has two years applicable registered nurse experience within the last five (5) years, as determined by the Employer, of which at least 1 year must be home health/hospice experience within a hospital-based or community based home health agency. You will make 4 - 6 visits per day and your contract will be 13 weeks on 8 hour day shift.
