An outstanding short-term acute care hospital seeks a Nurse Educator Critical Care ICU to join their Intensive Care Unit nursing team in beautiful midstate Ohio. This medical facility is growing and desires an established and experienced nurse leader to help their ICU Critical Care team grow and evolve.

Working collaboratively with the Director of Critical Care and other departmental Nurse Educators, the Nurse Educator Critical Care ICU will implement a new performance improvement program to promote comprehensive patient care. The Critical Care Education Specialist will act as a leader and mentor to the entire Critical Care nursing team and supplement the Emergency Services, Cardiac Care, and Telemetry units.

The ideal candidate for Nurse Educator Critical Care ICU is an experienced critical care RN with excellent communication skills. The RN Educator Critical Care has a solid base understanding of all patient care topics, but a strong cardiac background is a plus.
