The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking a Board Certified/Board Active Candidate physician to join its Division of Gynecology. Appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience. The Division of Gynecology is an academic, teaching division responsible for the gynecologic care of patients at Parkland Memorial Hospital and the gynecologic training of all residents and medical students in our large training program. The successful candidate will be a skilled gynecologist and will have a passion for teaching surgery and providing evidence-based clinical care. The Department has a long-standing commitment to research, so participation in the ongoing research activities of the division, as well as the development of independent research is encouraged and supported. This is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to develop a career in all facets of academic benign gynecology including clinical care, education and research.
