Job Requirements:

• Contract Length: 18 Weeks

• Start Date: 10/26

• Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 48

• Primary Location: HSHS St. John's Springfield

• Shift Requirements: 7p-7a (nights)

• Float Requirements (campuses and/or units): remain on campus and float to a lower acuity unit or unit with like acuity

• On Call/Call Back Requirements: None

• Weekend/Holiday Rotation Requirements: Every other weekend and holiday

• Required Licenses and Certifications: RN License, BLS, and ACLS

• Minimum Experience): 1 years RN experience solid foundation of cardiac physiology and rhythm interpretation & titratable drips to maintain helodynames

• Equipment Utilized: PYXIS, SWAN, Central and arterial lines, IVs, PCAs, Epidurals, EKOS catheters, CRRT, Centrimag VAD, Intra-aortic balloon pumps.

• CRU 13 beds, Cardiac ICU 6 beds; Patient Ratio = CABG and TAVR = 1:1 x 8 hours, most often 1:2 or 1:3 for all other patients.

• Charting Experience: EPIC Preferred

• Scrub Colors required: Navy Blue
