As a part of the OptumCare, the largest network of medical groups in the nation, ProHealth Physicians is seeking an experienced full time Family Medicine physician to join our Primary Care team in Avon, CT. Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (if B.E., must be within 5 years of program completion)
• Unlimited Licensure (or eligible) in the state of Connecticut
• At least two years of experience in a primary care setting
