Are you ready for a new opportunity? If so, we are currently hiring qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates to fill a full time contract opportunity as a Home Health LPN. This position will service patients in the McLean County area. 1-2 years of recent Home Health experience is preferred.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities include:
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs.
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.
Job Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) active license in the State of Illinois.
- Current CPR Certification.
- One (1) year of experience in healthcare; home care, home health, hospital, and/or long-term care.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check at the time of interview.
