Job Synopsis:

• The ideal Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU holds previous experience in a NICU environment and provides exemplary patient-centered care to each individual patient.
• Provide fast, accurate, and compassionate care for premature and/or critically ill newborns while working as part of team.
• Ability to work in an emotionally-charge environment while communicating with staff, patient's family, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's of Nursing (BSN) degree or higher. Registered Nurse (RN) without BSN must within 3 years of hire.
• RN's with 20 years of RN experience exempt from BSN requirement.
• Registered Nurse (RN) AK License or the ability to obtain prior to hire.
• 12 + months of acute care experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• STABLE certification (must have within 90 days of hire).
