Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse|Home Care|Pediatric

Interim HealthCare of Wilmington is now hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for Pediatric Skilled Nursing Case located in New Hanover County, NC Wilmington, NC!

• Pediatric Home care skilled nursing case
• 7 days/week (16-24 hours/day)
• All shifts available

Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse responsibilities include

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with the patient's needs
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to our RN
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided

Job Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) requirements include:

• Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) active license in the State of North Carolina
• Current CPR Certification
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Trach and vent experience
• One (1) year of experience in healthcare; home care, home health, hospital, and/or long-term care environment (preferred)
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
