Critical Care Nurse CCU (Nights) ICU Clinical Nurse (Nights) A 100 bed hospital in Northwest Washington is looking for a Critical Care Nurse (RN) to join their team!
Reporting to the Critical Care Manager, the the Critical Care Nurse works with Nurse Directors, Nurse Managers, and staff to provide professional nursing care in the ongoing assessment, planning, and treatment of patients and families. The ICU RN will also exhibit good judgement competency, and decision making, for quality patient care and medication administration. The CCU RN will have recent critical care experience working in an acute care hospital.
The Critical Care CCU Nurse is responsible for utilizing hospital resources wisely while promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being in accordance with the philosophies and standards for the hospital. Also, the CCU RN will use critical thinking to ensure overall quality of care to patients and families to establish a partnership of culture, care, and safety. The ICU RN will also be a patient advocate and provide quality of care to patients.
The hospital is located in a family friendly town in the Seattle area. It is a free standing, not for profit hospital that provides quality of patient care to the local communities. The Critical Care RN will enjoy family friendly activities in the area, including tourist attractions, fishing, good schools and is a close proximity to mountains and rivers.
