Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position.
Full-time and part-time positions available!
In this role, you will provide professional, compassionate, personal care and related services in all hospice participant residences, as assigned by the Clinical Care Manager or Hospice RN.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current state certification for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Minimum one year of experience within the geriatric health care field
- Current or eligible for certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- On the job training of 3-6 months is required to learn hospice philosophy and policies & procedures
