Position Summary:
The Suprvisor is a working supervisor position and, in addition to duties as a nurse, is responsible for the oversight of patient care and operations of the clinic to include direct supervision of nursing and clinical staff in all assigned clinical settings as well as coordination of clinical activities to insure that patient care services and business support services are delivered in an effective manner that complies with policies/regulations and MRCC leadership strategy for the patients, providers, and staff in the clinics. This is a professional level position requiring autonomous leadership/supervisory skills, ability to create collaborative partnerships to develop and deliver operational and business success for the practice. Work situations are frequently non-routine requiring a broad vision of the future of the health care industry; sensitivity to the values and expectations of medical staff, management, employees, patients, investors and community constituencies, complex data analysis, and the use of discretion and good judgment in decision making.
Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership or a supervisory role
Leadership experience in a health-related organization or health program preferred
Experience as a staff nurse in clinical oncology require
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
