Registered Nurse, RN Case Manager | Full Time| Hospice

Calling all Registered Nurses in the North County Coastal Cities!

Interim HealthCare San Diego Hospice is currently recruiting RN Case Managers! If you're an RN with nursing experience in the hospital, then- WE WANT YOU!

We will teach you hospice care with an individualized training program and ongoing mentoring. Your success is ours! We will teach you everything necessary about the exceptional care we provide to our patients so you will be successful in the role. You will be visiting patients in their homes, nursing facilities, and occasionally in the hospital. You will have another experienced RN available and working with you your entire shift to provide you any back-up and support. Additionally, you will have administrative back up on-call available to provide you guidance and direction.

Job Details:

• Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day. You make your own schedule!
• On-call rotation- 1 weekend per month
• Territory - Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, and surrounding areas

Job Requirements:

• One year of hospital experience
• Current California RN license
• Reliable vehicle and current insurance
