This mid-sized medical center is regionally acclaimed for their high level of patient care and offers a wide selection of services, including Oncology, Neurology, Cardiovascular, Transplant, and Family Birth Center.

The ideal candidate for the Nurse Director Critical Care ICU has good leadership and core emergency skills. Cultural fit is especially important within this tight-knit nursing team.

Reporting to the CNO, the Nurse Director Critical Care ICU will be well supported by skilled Nurse Managers and Charge Nurses. This busy 30-bed Intensive Care Unit has grown rapidly over the past year, making this an especially exciting time to come on board.

The Nurse Director Critical Care ICU will be responsible for strategic planning, budget management, program development, policies and procedures implementation, performance improvement and compliance. The Nurse Director Critical Care ICU will collaborate with other Nursing Directors, Ancillary Directors, Nursing Administration and Physicians in a variety of committees within the hospital.
