Utilization Review Nurse

Location: REMOTE
Description: Judge Healthcare is currently seeking 40 Utilization Review Nurses to work REMOTE Work From Home!

Terms: 40 hours per week, 10:30-7 or 11:30-8, OT available!

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Retrieve and review specific requested documentation from medical records
• Take incoming requests for prior authorizations, for formulary and non formulary medications, while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity.
• Request can be received via fax or telephone, from providers' offices and pharmacists.
• Provides clinical review for authorizations in keeping with legal and contractual requirements
• Successfully complete required training, testing and quality assessments
• Communicate effectively and professionally with office managers, health systems and any other facility or care providers
• Abide by all HIPAA and Independence patient confidentiality requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• RN License in state of residence required
• Excellent EMR/EHR experience REQUIRED.
• Must have moderate knowledge of how to use a laptop computer and smart phone.
• 2 years of Utilization Review or Utilization Management experience preferred
• Telecommute/Work from Home experience highly preferred
