The Nurse Director Intensive Care Unit will work alongside experienced health care professionals to provide exceptional care. The ICU Nurse Director will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer CNO and will maintain efficient functioning of the Intensive Care Unit on a daily basis. Responsibilities will include: coordinating patient care services in the PCU and ICU, functioning as a resource for educating and promoting clinical competence, implementing programs to improve quality care, and ensuring adherence to hospital standards. The ICU Nurse Director will need to communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and administration to ensure all patient needs are met.
