Opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient Neurogastrointestinal and Motility services in Fairfield CT, and also New Haven County along the shoreline.

Some highlights of this opportunity include:

• M-F day time schedule working in an outpatient setting providing follow up appointments, reading hydrogen tests, preliminary reading of some motility studies and performing biofeedback

Qualifications

National Board Certification, and CT State License, as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP). A minimum of 1-2 years of experience practicing as an Advanced Practitioner is highly preferred.
