The RN Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring the personal care, companionship and skilled nursing services provided by our company's direct care staff. They will also be responsible for coordinating clinical services and ensuring the delivery of quality care to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality care is delivered to our clients by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Perform in-home assessments to determine support and clinical needs
  • Create service plans for our clients following client assessments and admissions
  • Conduct regularly scheduled supervisory visits to clients
  • Train and develop caregivers and other front-line staff
  • Supervise highly trained, compassionate and dependable caregivers
  • Guide and implement care plans and oversee branch compliance
  • Assist and oversee field staff, while ensuring successful implementation of new Medicaid Waiver programs
  • Assist our branch teams with pre-service training and orientation, as well as in-service training for our caregivers
  • Assist with other duties as needed and as assigned by the Branch Manager


Qualifications
  • Must have a current RN license in the state of Indiana
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current TB screening
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to outlying areas
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Adequate computer skills to document information electronically on a tablet device
  • Ability to function independently in a home setting
