Merritt Hawkins is seeking an innovative physician leader to join a growing organization that is committed to providing complete health care services at affordable rates, easily accessible, and community-based for the people of Southwestern Virginia. With more than 40 years of experience, we have expanded to over 12 clinics around the state to offer quality care with a focus on the community's specific needs. • Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with a flexible schedule with no weekends
• Guaranteed base salary of $275,000 plus additional production bonus incorporated to achieve $325,000+ annually
• Total autonomy in a fully integrated clinic and interdisciplinary team
• Average 18 to 20 patients per day
• Opportunity to teach medical students and extender students if desired
