PRN Registered Nurse - Home Visits

Location: Newaygo, MI

Summary:

• Administer injections in a home setting.
• Travel an approximate 100 miles to a possible 300-mile radius (roundtrip).
• In home visits take an average of 60 to 90 minutes to educate or provide injection.
• Flexibility in scheduling the visits within a predetermined time frame.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to patients' homes.
• Administer medication and complete instructions on how to administer self-injectables.
• Educate caregivers and family on specific drug information per the manufacturer request.

Requirements:

• 3 years Nursing experience preferred.
• RN license
• Experience in a Medication Administration and Education.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transport may be required.
