We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner (Adult or Family) to work at our Jackson Heights location.

Position Summary: The Nurse Practitioner provides primary medical care to a panel of adult patients or families. The Nurse Practitioner will also provide basic mental health screenings and treatment of non-emergency mental health conditions.

Qualifications: Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner Program; Certification as ANP or FNP; Unrestricted license to practice in NY; Current DEA certificate without restriction; BLS; Knowledge of HIV medical care a plus; AAHIVM or HIVMA certification preferred but not required; Experience working with LGBT and/or Asian and Pacific Islander population preferred; Ability to use common office software (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), and EMR; Understanding of health issues/concerns of A&PI LGBTQI populations; Must have good human relations and communication skills; Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish or South Asian or East Asian or South East Asian)
