Standard Hours: 40
Job Shift: Shift 1
Shift Details: 24, 32 & 40 hours available 7a - 3:30p, 3p - 11:30p & 11p - 7:30a Every other weekend
24, 32 & 40 hours available on 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts.

Southington Care Center is a 130-bed facility specializing in short-term inpatient rehabilitation and nursing care, long-term care and outpatient rehab services, featuring a state-of-the-art 8,300 square foot rehabilitation pavilion complete with aquatherapy and an occupational therapy suite that replicates the home setting.
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are valued members of the patient care team who work with nursing staff to provide compassionate care to residents.

- Compassion, patience and a positive outlook are most valued in this role.
- A Connecticut Nurse Aid Certification (CNA) is required.
- Ability to interact professionally with residents and their family members, other visitors and staff
- Strong communication skills and the ability to relate information concerning a resident's condition.
- Must be able to perform CPR
