Overview:
We are looking for aFull-time 40 hour per week Registered Nurse (RN) for Hospice in the Home Setting Registered Nurse position. This position offers a lot of flexibility, as the nurse schedules directly with their own patients, therefore you get to decide when you start and end your day to a large degree, and you can schedule your patients around your own life appointments and events. The pay and benefits are generous for this Registered NurseHospice Position. These hospice visits are done in the home setting. It is preferred that the RN have Hospice experience, however we will consider Registered Nursewho have at least 1 yearof recent experienceworking with adult and geriatric medical / surgical patients inany of the following settings: rehabilitation Center / skilled nursing facilitySNF,home health care / visiting nurse setting, rehab hospital, correctional facility, hospital / medical center, Intensive Care Unit ICU, Medical Intensive Care Unit MICU,Surgical Intensive Care Unit SICU, Definitive Observation Unit DOU, Critical Care Unit CCU, float / pool nurse. Because the Registered Nurse will manage the cases of their hospice patients in the home setting, the position is titled Hospice Case Manager. This Hospice Registered Nurse position is with a home health and hospice company that has been in business many years, therefore it has stability and longevity.
