Psychiatry physician job in Georgia : Peachford Hospital in Atlanta is recruiting a Psychiatrist for their Inpatient Adult Services. Peachford Hospital is a 246-bed private facility owned and operated by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) one of the nations leading hospital management companies. It is one of the premiere providers of behavioral health and chemical dependency treatment to Atlanta and the Southeast. Diverse multidisciplinary treatment settings include Inpatient, Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient Services for children, adolescents, adults and senior adults.
Duties include:
Admission evaluations, treatment planning and treatment team leadership and daily clinical care of patient and administrative activities related to that patient care.
Position is full-time with a Monday-Friday schedule. Physician will work with and be supported by an assigned nurse. Shared weekend and weeknight call required.
