Responsibilities & Qualifications:
The Nurse Manager of 3200 will provide supervision of employees, scheduling of employees, and participate in the hiring and recruitment of staff members. In this position you will be responsible for coaching, training, conducting staff meetings, and administering disciplinary action. We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills who works well with a highly experienced nursing staff as well as new graduates. You must be flexible and able to work either days or nights if needed. The individual in this role is also expected to actively work to ensure optimal delivery of care and promote a positive working relationship throughout the hospital.Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master of Science in Nursing preferred.Active RN license.Must work well in a fast-paced environment while utilizing excellent customer service and communication skills.3-5 years of nursing experience preferred.Management experience is preferred, but not required. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:You will work to ensure that all of the staff are following clinical protocol and best practices.Supervises staff and facilitates communication with physicians and internal administrators to provide optimal patient care.Must positively impact the department and encourage growth and change as the department continually evolves.
