Currently recruiting a full-time days Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab to work in New Orleans, Louisiana in a 94-bed medical center. The medical center is part of a large teaching and research medical complex across the area. Job Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab:
Compassionate caregiver helping to prepare patients undergoing minimally invasive interventional procedures such as catherization and angioplasty. High level critical thinking skills with vast clinical knowledge and ability to stay calm under pressure. Work schedule is Mon-Fri with on-call responsibilities.
Qualifications for the Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab:
Minimum one year of recent cath lab or relevant critical care experience in (SICU, CCU, or MICU- or cardiovascular PACU. RN license in Louisiana or multi-state license.Must have acute care experience. ACLS within six months of hire. BLS required.
Compensation and Benefits for the Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab:
Salary: $27.92-40.62, depending on years of experience. Shift diff of $3 an hour for evenings, $3.50 for nights, and $4.50 for weekends. $10, 000 sign on bonus. Relo may be available on a case by case basis. Matching 401(k) contributions ranging from 3-9%.PTO starting at 4 weeks per year.Tuition reimbursement of up to $5, 250 per year.
