Overview:
The Joseph M. Sanzari Childrens Hospital at Hackensack University Medical Center is expanding the Pediatric Pulmonology Department. We are seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Pulmonologist physician with BC/BE Pediatric Sleep Medicine to join our busy, dynamic Section of Pediatric Pulmonology.

Qualifications:
New Jersey medical licenseExcellent skills, both in patient care and teachingTeam player, positive attitude, highly motivatedStrong interpersonal skillsInterpretation of sleep studies and pulmonary function testsExpertise in Pediatric flexible bronchoscopyBe eligible for faculty appointment at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine

Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding inpatient and outpatient careWork with the four full time Pediatric PulmonologistsDedicated and specialty trained nurses and respiratory therapistsPediatric Pulmonary Function and Sleep LaboratoriesTeaching medical students and residentsInvolvement in quality improvement initiativesCoordinate/work with interdisciplinary teams24/7 Pediatric Emergency Department and PICU in house attending coverageResearch opportunities
