Watertown Regional Medical Center has a full time opportunity on a Patient Care Partner (PCP) in the Surgery Department. This can be filled by a CNA, LPN or EMT. The Patient Care Partner is responsible for assisting with nursing care of the patient, within an assigned patient care unit. Working under the direction of the physician and/or RN, the PCP provides a variety of patient care, environmental and equipment related services including but not limited to: assisting with patient care, including observing and documenting illness and/or injury, patient room restocking and maintaining equipment. Will work collaboratively as a part of a patient focused team to provide excellent care and services.
Surgery Department, Full Time, Primarily day shift but does include a call rotation. Primarily weekdays only.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications
Minimum requirement of current CNA, EMT or LPN certification/license issued by the State of Wisconsin, required.
CPR Certification, required.
1 year of patient care experience in a health care facility, required.
Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical and participative behavior to solving techniques and decision making
