Overview:
Atlantic Medical Group's Urogynecology is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. Flexible to travel on occasion may be needed.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:

* Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
* Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job.
* Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
* Responsible for phone triage and management of urogynecology and gynecology patients.
* Prescription refills/prior authorization/certification of medical necessity.
* Follow up with patient labwork and test results. Initiates initial and follow-up consultation and referrals to appropriate specialty providers as ordered.
* Patient nursing visits and assisting with procedures as required. Acting as a role model to clinical staff.
Qualifications:
Education:

*
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required
* BSN Preferred

Qualifications/Requirements:

* 1-2 years experience in Breast Surgery or a general surgery physician practice
* EPIC experiecne desired
* Current BLS certification required
