Location: Community Hospital

Responsibilities:

* The Registered Nurse will provide general patient care.
* Ongoing review of patient's electronic or paper chart for orders, results and documentation related to medication, lab, radiology, treatments, etc. Ongoing communication with other nurses and clerk to ensure that orders have been entered.
* Continued assessment in a thorough and ongoing manner from triage through discharge including use of auscultation, palpation, diagnostic and monitoring equipment. Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of patient. Reports any concerns or changes in patients' condition to the Medical Provider.
* Documentation of patient information.
* Medication administration.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in nursing with one (1) year of related experience or training preferred
* Requires current and unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in Colorado.
* Current ACLS/BCLS on hire.
* PALS/ENPC/TNCC within 6 months of hire.

This position's pay range is: $26.50 - 37.20 per hour, depending on education and experience.

Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increases, market adjustments, recognition bonuses and other forms of discretionary compensation may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
