* Seeing patients throughout Houston and surrounding areas in different settings- home, Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living, or Long-Term Acute Care Center
* Flexibility to make their schedules: Work 3 days, 4 days, or 5 days
* Physician owned and Physician run group since 2010, great reputation
* The current team consists of 70 providers
* We are looking to add 5-6 more Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrician
