Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Oversee 8 FTEs comprised of 2 NP's, 2 RN's, and 1 Medical Assistant in in an Outpatient/Ambulatory Radiation Oncology clinic on 59th street.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the unit that offers treatments in Head/Neck, GI, Lungs, Bone, Breast, GU, Brain, and Secondary Metastasis.
  • Lead project management assignments
  • Patient experience and quality


Requirements:

  • BSN, required
  • MSN, preferred
  • At least 3 years' experience in Oncology as a Clinical Nurse with progressive experience in leadership. Secondary career leadership will be considered if nursing leadership experience is not available.
  • Oncology Certification, preferred
  • NYS RN
