Overview:
Centurion Health is proud to partner with the state of Indiana as the new provider of dental services to the Indiana Department of Correction.We are currently seeking a part-time Dentist to join our team at New Castle Correctional Facility located in New Castle, IN.This facility is located 30 minutes east of Pendleton, Indiana.

Responsibilities:
The Dentist provides comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of incarcerated patients including routine recall exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and endodontic treatments.

Qualifications:
DDS degree from an accredited program requiredBoard certification or board eligible for certification in DentistryCurrent unrestricted Dental License in IndianaMust maintain an active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration certificateMust be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable

Available Shift:
Part time 3 days per week (Clinic operates Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm) 24 hours per week
