Overview:
Centurion Health is proud to partner with the state of Indiana as the new provider of dental services to the Indiana Department of Correction.We are currently seeking a full-time/ part-timeDentist to join our team at Miami Correctional Facility located in Bunker Hill, IN.This facility is located 1 hour North of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Responsibilities:
The Dentist provides comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of incarcerated patients including routine recall exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and endodontic treatments.

Qualifications:
DDS degree from an accredited program requiredBoard certification or board eligible for certification in DentistryCurrent unrestricted Dental License in IndianaMust maintain an active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration certificateMust be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable

Available Shift:
Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm (30 hours per week)
