The Director will be responsible for the pediatric neurosurgery programs research, education, and clinical service
missions. The ideal candidate is a nationally recognized leader and program builder with a strong background in all
aspects of pediatric neurosurgery. They will have the vision to identify and develop strategic collaborative initiatives

and/or complex surgeries, and a strong interest in clinical education. Academic rank and compensation (including a
generous package of fringe benefits) are dependent upon qualifications.
