Family Nurse Practitioner / Family Care

Currently looking for qualified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in beautiful Southern New Mexico to fill openings with an urgent care and family practice in the area. Interested candidates should have at least 2 years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and be comfortable with suturing and splintering.
Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Treat patients with a variety of minor injuries and illnesses.
Conduct physical exams, perform and interpret diagnostic tests, diagnose and treat common conditions.
Provide screenings,counseling, and prescribe medications as needed to patients in all age categories.
Interpretation of basic x-rays and EKGs
Work closely with Rad Tech/MA

Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Master's degree
Current National Board Certification
At least 2 years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
License to practice as Nurse Practitioner or PA
Current DEA and BLS Licenses/Certifications
Comfortable with suturing and splinting
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
Current Physician Assistant License
