Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for an experienced RN Director of Nursing for a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Queens, NY. The position offers Competitive Salary and Benefits.

About the position:

The Director of Nursing is responsible for Clinical Oversight, Planning, Quality, Supporting Nursing Services within the organization. The Director of Nursing ensures all Department of Health Regulations are adhered to. Compliance with All State and Federal Guidelines required. Position reports to Facility Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Must be a New York State Registered Nurse
• BSN Required
• Master's in Nursing Science Preferred
• 5-10 years of Progressive Clinical Experience Needed
• 3-5 years experience working as an Assistant Director or Director in a Long Term Care Facility
• Strong Knowledge of NYS DOH Guidelines
