Requirements:

School Diploma or Completion (RN/LPN/CNA)
NYC State License and Registration
Driver's License or State ID and SSN
Resume and 2 Reference Letters
Physical Exam/PPD/ MMRV
Flu shot vaccine
CPR or BLS (Optional for CNA)
Voided Check or Direct Deposit Form
Covid test ( 8 days before orientation date)
