Job Summary:
The Drexel University College of Medicine/ Tower Health Family Medicine Residency program was established after the closure of Hahnemann University Hospital in 2019. The program has moved in its entirety and is now functioning within the hospital network of Tower Health.We continue the program's legacy, well-known for academics, teaching and clinical excellence as part of Drexel University College of Medicine.Performs as the Associate Director of the Family Medicine Residency Program. Ability to plan, organize implement, direct and coordinate residency training and resident evaluation at the direction of the Program Director. Qualifications:
Medical doctor with 3 to 5 years of directly related experienceControlled substance license with current DEA numberCPR certifiedEligible or currently credentialed with insurance companies and hospital affiliationEligible or currently possess NPI numberBoard Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine or by the American Osteopathic Board of Family PracticeExperience overseeing Graduate Medical Education/Residency Training preferred
