Position Summary:
Responsibilities include assisting the Business Office with clerical support functions including entering Physician charges. This also includes working the Self Pay AR.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for working charge corrections in a timely and accurate manner. Receives and sorts mail to deliver to the appropriate personnel. Responsible for scan and linking of Correspondence into Image Now.Responsible for the processing of printed claims, which includes the printing and collation patient medical records. Send out patient statements daily and correct address issues.Ordering as well as keeping track for the need of office supplies.Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Meditech experience preferred. EXCEL spreadsheet experience with above average proficiency. Works well as part of a team and able to communicate effectively.
