Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee a 30 bedded Geriatric Medicine care unit with 40 FTEs
- Performance improvement/Quality Improvement
- Staffing and budgeting
- Staff education and other duties as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Nursing and Masters required.
- Effective organization skills. Effective interpersonal skills.
- Five years clinical experience including progressive management experience/success.
- Current NY State Registered Nurse License and Registration.
