Overview:
The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records and scheduling and administering follow-up appointments to patients as required. Work as a member of the Nursing Team to coordinate services with our nurses and physicians and will assist in delivering premium care to each and every patient.
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinationsProvide infusions and injections to Mosaic patientsProvide complete assessments of patients receiving infusions, and initiate emergency protocols should significant adverse reactions occurDeliver quality care while maintaining productivity metricsUpdate patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointmentAnalyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment optionsServe as the resource patients need for ongoing care information, and counseling, and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditionsWork collaboratively with physician to deliver optimum care to patientsWork within a team and take directionComplete documentation in Company EHR systemUtilize strong written and interpersonal communication skills
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Nursing5+ years nursing experienceValid nurse practitioner license
