Certified Nurse Assistant

Staff Today Inc. (STI) is currently seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to work at a Long Term Care Facility in Kearney, Nebraska. These are registry positions with our company Staff Today Inc.

Position Type: Per Diem

Shifts Available:

6: 00 AM-2: 30 PM
2: 00 PM-10: 30 PM
10 PM-6: 30 AM

Additional Information:

Assignment Length: 6-8 weeks contract

Job Responsibilities:

Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
Administer prescribed medications to patients
Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
Assist in the transport of patients
Provide companionship and basic care to patients
Maintain a clean and healthy environment

Minimum Qualifications:

At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant
Must have up to date credentials in the state of Nebraska
A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology
